Advantages:

Отличная квартира, смело бронируйте. Дом новый, квартира конфетка, хозяин нормальный. Спасибо ему.

Disadvantages:

Далековато конечно от центра Москвы. Но за такую цену там такое дерьмо- мама не горюй.
